Refurbished Alcatel RSV 301
The Alcatel RSV301 rotary lobe booster pump employs a Roots design to dramatically increase the pumping speed of Alcatel rotary vane and dry pumps. This booster pump is offered in both vertical and horizontal flow configurations and can be configured with booth air and water cooled motors. The horizontal water cooled type is a popular pump within the semiconductor industry, and was incorporated in the Alcatel Series 1 dry pumping systems. This booster pump has an integral bypass valve so no pressure switch is required.
