Environmental Test
Environmental testing involves the creation of the conditions in which products will ultimately be used. In many cases a reduced pressure environment such as that found in outer-space or high altitudes is needed to test a product’s performance and suitability. In order to produce such an environment, vacuum pumps are used to create the necessary low pressure conditions. Depending upon the desired pressure both rough and high vacuum pumps, generally cryo pumps are utilized.
